Product Features
This product is made from valuable metal salts, dispersants, oxidizers, anti-peeling agents and static eliminators, etc. The product is light red transparent acid liquid, with density 1.2g/mL.
- Good stability, wide process range, long service life, no sediment.
- No need of reaming activation processes, very easy to operate. Suitable for using Electrophoretic Depostion (E.D.) without decoloring.
- Even color, good reproduction, minimum color difference. Suitable for coloring complex shaped Aluminum profiles.
Operating Conditions
- NK-GCD-33L: 45~55 g/L
- Sulfuric acid: 15~20 g/L
- Temperature: 25~30℃
- Voltage: 10~15V
- Time: Longer than 90s (depending upon color requirement)
- Consumption: 3~5 KG/Ton for light color; 8~10 KG/Ton for dark color
Solution Control
- Decide the volume ofNK-GCD-33L to be added based on test results.
- When no producion, coloring tank must be covered to prevent from pollutatns.
