Product Features

1. KF-HS-27P is composed by some special composition, with better sealing effect than other brands. Aluminum profile will become glossy and with higher hardness after the cold sealing agent tank.
2. Prevent the badness happening on the aluminum surface such as coloring, whitening, cloud and mist, rainbow…etc
3. Not easy to be resolved and durable.

Usage

• Concentration: 5-10 g/l (standard 7g/l)
• Time: Usually 3-10 minutes
• Temperature: 85-90 ℃
• pH(25°C):5.3-5.8
• Agitation: Air agitation
• Consumption:3-4m2/g
  

Note

1. Air agitation has to be even.
2. The efficiency would be best when the temperature is 85-90°C
3. When tank building (7g/l), the pH is around 5-6 (25℃). Please pay attention to the change of pH while using continuously.
4. When the pH is too high, please adjust it with acetate acid solution. When the pH is too low, please adjust it with ammonia.
