Product Features

KF-ADD-13P is yellow solution, including aluminum ion combination agent, surface evenness agent, etching restrain agent, sanding surface agent, surface active agents, dirt restrain agent, and dull restrain agent…etc effective components, no harm and no smell, and it can be stored in long-term.

Function

  1. It combines the Al3+, to prevent the deposition of Al (OH)3 and to combine then turn into aluminum solid or aluminum dirt.
  2. Restrain the etching of workpiece surface, to lower the consumption of aluminum.
  3. Low adhesiveness, with bubble to prevent the alkaline smoke to leak out, so to protect the aluminum workpiece and the equipment.

Advantages
In comparing with traditional alkali etching agent, KF-ADD-13P have advantages in following:

  1. Strong combination with Al3+
    Able to operate with Al3+ in above 120 g/L and without deposition. Clean the tank only for every half-year or longer, save work and time, and save the cost of chemical.
  2. Good performance in surface evenness
    High density of aluminum ion to combine with etching restrain agent and surface evenness agent, which enable to shorten the time for eliminating the machine grain on workpiece surface, and lower the aluminum consumption of sanding surface workpiece.
  3. Even and smooth sanding surface
    The surface sanding effect for different batch of workpiece is same and even, fine and smooth, with gentle brightness.
  4. Lower the surface tension
    Fine combination with surface active agent, it lowers the surface tension. When the workpiece is took out of the alkaline solution, it is easy to drip and clean, no solidify or dripping stain.
  5. Surface bubble layer
    It has a surface bubble layer, which can prevent the alkali smoke to leak out to protect the workpiece, and to prevent the alkali etching stain, and also protect the equipment and the health of worker.

Usage

Tank building formula: NaOH: KF-ADD-13P = 6: 1
Adding: NaOH: KF-ADD-13P = 10:1
