KF-P-NCF-15L non-chrome conversion coating chemical is able to use for wide range of Aluminum alloys in powder coating pretreatment. Its advantages are fast, homogeneous and smooth coating, low roughness, strong adhesion, good anti-corrosion, chemistry stable, good anti-acid and heat-resistant. Compliance to European new chrome-free standard. Operation at 30~45 degrees centigrade and immersion time for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Making of new bath
Mix KF-P-NCF-15L with D.I. water at concentration 50kg/m3 with accelerant 4g/L(add according to pH).
Fill in D.I. water to bath to about two-third of volume, then slowly add KF-P-NCF-15L and mix thoroughly. Test and adjust free acid and pH to operating range. KF-P-NCF-15L is ready to use.
